What you'll do
- Own the Quality Governance and Automation capability, defining enterprise quality standards, managing release quality gates
- Define and own enterprise quality standards and QA methodologies across engineering squads, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
- Manage release quality gates, governing entry and exit criteria so releases meet defined quality and business requirements before go-live
- Track and analyze defect metrics and quality analytics using tools such as TestRail to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
