What you'll do

• Lead the Mobile Engineering capability across teams responsible for native and cross-platform mobile applications, driving reliable, secure, performant
• Lead the Mobile Engineering capability across teams building native (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin) and cross-platform (React Native) mobile applications
• Own engineering leadership, capability development, and manager and team development, building a high-performing mobile engineering team
• Own workforce and capacity planning, cross-team delivery, and delivery leadership across mobile squads
• Own mobile engineering practices, engineering metrics, continuous improvement, and vendor management
