About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Labour Colony Supervisor who r is responsible for managing and maintaining the labour accommodation facilities at sites. The role ensures proper discipline, hygiene, safety, and smooth functioning of labour colony operations while coordinating with site management and contractors.
What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day operations and discipline of the labour colony
- Manage room allotment and maintain labour accommodation records
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in rooms, toilets, and common areas
- Monitor water supply, electricity, and other basic facilities in the colony
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance/site team for resolution
