Reporting to Ciena’s Head of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, you’ll bring these worlds together, combining compliance expertise with technology and risk intelligence to strengthen controls, sharpen decision-making, and build smarter, more scalable compliance operations across the business.
What you'll do
- Partner across the business to operationalize, automate, and refine compliance controls and workflows
- Translate policy and regulatory requirements into sustainable, measurable operational processes
- Develop standardized processes, documentation, and workflows supporting compliance operations
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
- Analyze data and report findings for internal audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries
