Platform Lead

About the role

This role combines platform ownership, solution architecture, and hands-on development to maximize the value delivered through ServiceNow. Success in this role requires the ability to independently assess an established environment and provide technical leadership with minimal knowledge transfer.

What you'll do

• Own the technical direction, architecture, stability, security, and overall health of the ServiceNow platform
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly ServiceNow solutions
• Perform hands-on development, configuration, troubleshooting, and code reviews
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and use out-of-the-box capabilities wherever practical
• Define and enforce standards for architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and governance
