Senior Team Member - Legal

About the role

Undertake legal research and assist the respective Team Leads in project and litigation management. Interaction with cross-functional team to modify the existing agreements to capture the applicable provisions Negotiation and finalisation of such commercial agreements with internal stakeholders (TechOps Legal supporting Departments teams) and external stakeholders (counter party/lawyers).

What you'll do

• Review, finalisation and timely completion of the agreements as may be required by the TechOps Legal supporting Departments
• Providing advisory in relation to any queries raised by the TechOps Legal supporting Departments teams
• Provide adequate support to the respective Team Lead in day-to-day advisory/opinions to the businesses
• Prepare the draft opinion/advisory after obtaining all the relevant facts and application of applicable laws
• Provide guidance for end-to-end management closure of non-critical/operational advisory/opinion to the business
