About the role
Understanding the client requirements and quantities take off as per drawings. Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender. Coordination with the design team for analyzing architectural and service drawings.
What you'll do
- Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure
- Preparing the initial quote and contract for the project from the company’s side
