In this role, you will build AI-powered tools for Agentic Operations and the agentic platform, helping teams operate complex systems with greater efficiency, reliability, and speed.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve AI-powered operational tools and agentic platform capabilities for specific domains, automating and optimizing SRE operations
- Develop agentic workflows that apply AI and machine learning to risk and incident management, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
- Design custom monitoring solutions for AI workloads and deployment architectures, integrating with existing monitoring frameworks and APIs
- Combine monitoring signals with machine learning and statistical analysis to detect anomalies, identify threats, and surface infrastructure problems in real time
- Implement automated testing, integration, and deployment for AI models and applications; use model versioning and pipeline orchestration to improve reliability
