Cloud Engineer

About the role

Utilizes knowledge of software, systems, and platform engineering to design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions in accordance with best practices and Cisco's security standards and policies. Designs cloud architecture, combining technologies to create optimal solutions for Cisco, and completes plans and specifications to develop those solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the team on design, development, and maintenance of projects of small to medium complexity
• Write and deliver cloud infrastructure and source code for server-side features
• Assess technology in use and contribute to development plans for design and improvement
• Develop understanding and experience of public cloud providers
• Build and maintain application infrastructure on assigned servers
