- Drives innovation on medium-to-large features from technical design through completion and mentors others
- Leads the innovation, design and architecture of new hardware products, services and solutions
- Optimizes product design by bringing together cross functional teams, by leading and mentoring others and improving the technical design of solutions
- Re-enforces guidelines/standards within and outside of ownership
