The AI Software & Platform team delivers AI products and platform for all Cisco Secure products and portfolios so businesses around the world can defend against threats and safeguard the most vital aspects of their business with security resilience.
What you'll do
- Lead the quality strategy for large-scale Generative AI products and platforms, defining how we validate AI services, distributed systems
- Design scalable testing and automation approaches across AI pipelines, APIs, user interfaces, federated microservices
- Establish release-readiness practices using measurable quality gates, test traceability, production-representative environments, and data-driven Go/No-Go criteria
- Analyze model degradation, system failures, and test instability to drive root-cause analysis and improve the reliability and resilience of our AI platform
- Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, DevOps, Documentation, and Customer Engineering while mentoring QA engineers and advancing quality-first engineering practices…
