- Analyze customer environments, business requirements, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify and shape opportunities
- Contribute to customer account planning, solution design, demand generation, and enablement activities
- Lead technical engagements, presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions tailored to specific customer scenarios
