About the role
Design and communicate solution architectures spanning telemetry, observability, security data, network data, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and AI. Translate complex service provider challenges into practical platform strategies, solution architecture and working prototypes. Work closely with account teams, sales specialists, solution engineers, customer success, professional services, partners, and product teams.
What you'll do
- Design and communicate solution architectures spanning telemetry, observability, security data, network data, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and AI
- Translate complex service provider challenges into practical platform strategies, solution architecture and working prototypes
- Work closely with account teams, sales specialists, solution engineers, customer success, professional services, partners, and product teams
- Enable field teams and customers through workshops, executive briefings, architecture sessions, demonstrations, and industry engagements
