- As Splunk Platform Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to service provider leaders across the region
- Bridge complex telecommunications and network challenges with modern data platforms, observability, and AI to transform operations and monetize digital capabilities
- Engage service provider executives and senior technical stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation goals
- Explore areas of focus and uncover customer pain points
- Once discovered, shape data and AI strategies for network operations, service assurance, customer experience, automation, security, and business operations
