Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst , Vice President

About the role

In this role, you will help strengthen Citi's Data Governance and Data Risk and Controls framework, partnering across teams to turn complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies. Your work will directly influence how operational risk data is tracked, reported, and acted upon across the organization.

What you'll do

• Build regular and ad hoc analytics, visualizations, and reports that give risk managers clear insight into operational risk data
• Acquire and consolidate operational risk data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders
• Track data-related issues from identification through resolution, including ownership, target dates, and reporting metrics
• Support regulatory projects by defining business requirements, conducting analysis, and testing proposed solutions
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify gaps and recommend efficient solutions that maintain strong controls
