About the role
The candidate will have primary responsibilities of managing Multifond, pControl and associated Fund Accounting applications Support, identification of different issues and providing accurate and timely result to the Global Fund Accounting Users.
What you'll do
- Analyze root-cause of issues reported on various applications and provide solution to operation team in a timely manner
- Responsible for providing L1 support for Fund accounting applications in a 24/7 environment
