About the role
You will be part of the middle office operations team providing performance calculation and attribution analysis for our clients in the region. As a Team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team is producing and validating performance returns, risk and attribution reports. You will be responsible for reporting all the MIS for operation as well as for team management.
What you'll do
- Be part of the middle office operations team providing performance calculation and attribution analysis for our clients in the region
- Be responsible for ensuring that you and your team is producing and validating performance returns, risk and attribution reports
- Be responsible for reporting all the MIS for operation as well as for team management
- Also work closely with the onshore counterparts to establish global operating models and processes
- Manage your team and ensure that all deliverables are completed as per the agreed SLA
