HR Benefits Senior Analyst

About the role

In this role, you will manage retirement benefits, trust accounting, compliance audits, and regional APAC transitions. Key Operating Context (Downstream Payroll Interface): Most benefit operations are downstream processes that depend directly on monthly payroll output. Individual will work closely every day with the Global Payroll Services team to match deduction files, meet strict cut-off schedules, and ensure accurate benefit remittances and settlements.

What you'll do

• Work with regional leaders and local country teams in China, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Taiwan to map retirement, pension funding, payment processes and
• Lead the transition (migration) of corporate and statutory benefit tasks from local payroll teams into the centralized
