About the role
The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with Web & App Middleware administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Expertise in other web hosting technologies like Oracle Application Server, Apache Tomcat
- Expertise in Java/J2EE deployments Unix Shell script programming and automation tools
- Analyze and resolution from routine issues to critical failures within established service level targets
- Security certificate management involved for webhosting products
