About the role
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of ICG/GCG/Internal accounts of various products assigned by the team-head Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Report SLA and/or other risk control breaches to the team-head for timely investigation and escalation
What you'll do
