About the role
We are seeking a C13 Lead Full Stack Engineer in India to drive the frontend architecture and end-to-end full-stack delivery of the VMC application. Crucially, you will spearhead our GenAI-first engineering culture leveraging autonomous AI engineering tools like Devin, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted scaffolding agents to accelerate prototyping, test synthesis, and feature delivery.
What you'll do
- Architect the VMC Maintenance Workbench: Lead the design and implementation of modern React/TypeScript single-page applications
- Pioneer AI-Assisted Development: Embed autonomous AI software engineering tools (such as Devin, GitHub Copilot
- Velocity & Quality Amplification: Leverage GenAI to rapidly synthesize unit/integration test suites (Jest/React Testing Library, JUnit5/Testcontainers)
- Evaluate & Mentor: Coach junior and senior engineers on effective prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI agent orchestration for rapid, high-quality development
