About the role
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot
- Partner with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and wireframes into high-quality, functional software
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to other developers on best practices for front-end and back-end development
