What you'll do
- Financial control & close
- Own the month-end and year-end close. Review the books maintained by the accounts team, run reconciliations, and ensure accurate, audit-ready financials across entities
- Prepare and own monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Build MIS, budgets, and variance analysis that drive leadership decisions
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and ROC compliance. Manage statutory and internal audits end to end
- Design and enforce financial controls, approval workflows, and process discipline. Strengthen systems as the company scales and flag risks early
