What you'll do
- Lead the Site Black belt Operations
- Coordinate with all the stake holders for Cost saving initiatives
- Instrumental in training of Yellow and Green Blet
- Assist the Site Manager for Performance Management review and KPI review
- Construct the SITE KPI in coordination with Site Manager and ensure they are deployed to all levels
