What you'll do
- Ensure safety of people, environment and plant in day-to-day operations
- Lead planning, scheduling and execution of manufacturing operations and meet OTIF
- Work with the plant maintenance team to accommodate and complete planned preventive maintenance activities
- Train and develop plant team members to create effective teams and efficient shift production
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
