What you'll do
- Ensure legal, ESHA and quality compliance, certifications and Site Occupier duties, including government liaison, statutory reporting, audit closure and process controls
- Lead production, capacity utilisation, cost and productivity, ensuring quality and customer service through continuous improvement and resource optimisation
- Collaborate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and global operations to align planning and delivery
- Coach departmental managers, strengthen talent and succession planning, and build an inclusive, empowered team
- Contribute to country governance and global strategic discussions, and serve as Chief of Staff for Country Emergency Management
