Senior Engineering Manager

You will lead a team of strong backend and frontend engineers building the core systems that move money and run operations for 200+ dermatology practices.

What you'll do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, and help each of them reach their potential
• Own delivery for your team: plan well, ship value quickly, and keep momentum without sacrificing quality
• Stay close to the technology. Set technical direction for distributed systems, APIs, and modern web applications
• Push for the simplest path that works. Encourage healthy debate, push back on overly complex solutions, and once a decision is made, move forward together
• Partner with product and design to turn business needs into clear engineering goals
