About the role
Basic understanding of XML, metadata, or content processing workflows. Acquire and ingest content through Web, FTP, API and publisher platforms. Validate content against source data and perform quality checks. The DAF (Data Acquisition Framework) team is responsible for automating the acquisition and ingestion of content from external sources, ensuring reliable data collection, monitoring, and onboarding of new content feeds into Clarivate platforms.
What you'll do
- Review publisher websites and content sources to ensure complete and accurate content acquisition
- Monitor automated acquisition (DAF) processes and resolve content ingestion issues
- Support publisher onboarding and content delivery activities
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve content-related issues
- Maintain tracking systems and report acquisition or ingestion exceptions
