About the role
The IP360 team, a global training team, is responsible for enabling the Global IP Admin teams situated in Noida, IN, the US, and Belgrade, Serbia on Intellectual Property. The team consists of five IP- Trainers who, on average, have 10 years of IP experience. Their areas of expertise are patents and trademarks.
What you'll do
- Work experience – at least 1-year IPR domain in developing eLearning Modules using Storyline 360 and rise
- Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives and needs
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage and enhance onboarding processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency
- Facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding, learning and training programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging colleague experience
- Train and support regional facilitators to deliver consistent Learning & Development programs
