What you'll do

• Identify opportunities for improvements in sales process efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with BIS to develop and implement solutions
• Use internal tools to understand requests and make key changes that will meet the needs of all the customers and colleagues
• Liaise with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that the Quote details are accurate and consistent, and the Quote is of the highest accuracy and detail
• Ensure that the steps taken comply to the steps outlined in the Quote administrator runbook. Contribute and evolve Quote administrator Runbook
• Support with release of Salesforce sales process enhancements such as facilitating technical development information into user friendly adoption
