About the role
On high level it has two major teams as Configurations (HRT) and Integrations (HRIS), you will be working with HRIS which has team of 5 members, you will be working as a team Lead who supports and Enhances Integrations from India along with the other 3 technical resources. What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions
- Develop integrations using Workday's integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services
- Define data mappings and transformations between systems to facilitate proper data synchronization and formatting
- Identify and resolve integration-related issues, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration test plans to ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy and bug fixing for existing Payroll integrations
