About the role
Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Executive Pastry Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait . We are looking for a creative and highly skilled pastry professional who can lead pastry and bakery operations, develop high-quality dessert offerings, manage production, and ensure consistency across all outlets.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery operations across assigned outlets or concepts
- Create, develop, and enhance dessert menus, cakes, pastries, breads, chocolates, and seasonal specials
- Ensure all pastry and bakery items are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, decoration, and presentation
- Supervise, train, and motivate the pastry and bakery team to achieve high performance
