About the role
Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Executive Sous Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait . We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on culinary professional who can support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality, managing kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth daily production across outlets.
What you'll do
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets or concepts
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Ensure all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented according to company standards and recipes
- Oversee mise en place, food preparation, production planning, and service readiness
- Monitor kitchen workflow during busy service periods to ensure smooth and timely operations
