About the role
Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Head of Pass for an F&B company in Kuwait . We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized hospitality professional who can manage the pass area, control food flow between the kitchen and service team, and ensure every dish is delivered accurately, on time, and according to quality standards.
What you'll do
- Manage the pass area during daily restaurant operations
- Check all food orders before they are sent to the guest tables
- Ensure dishes are correctly prepared, properly plated, and presented according to company standards
- Monitor food timing, temperature, order accuracy, and service sequence
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team, runners, waiters, and restaurant management
