About the role
We are looking for energetic, organized, and service-focused hospitality professionals who can support smooth restaurant operations by delivering food and beverages accurately, assisting the service team, and ensuring guests receive timely and efficient service. The Runner will play an important role in maintaining service flow between the kitchen, pass area, and dining room.
What you'll do
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guest tables accurately and promptly
- Ensure orders are delivered to the correct table according to service standards
- Coordinate closely with waiters, chefs, Head of Pass, and restaurant supervisors during service
- Check dishes before delivery to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness
- Support the service team with table setup, clearing, resetting, and side duties
