Senior Bartender - Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for skilled, confident, and service-focused hospitality professionals who can lead bar operations, prepare high-quality beverages, support the bar team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. The Senior Bartender will play an important role in maintaining beverage quality, bar organization, guest engagement, and smooth daily operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, garnish, and overall beverage quality
• Lead and support bartenders and bar attendants during daily operations
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffee, and signature beverages
• Create a professional and engaging bar experience for guests
