About the role
Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Senior Sous Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait . We are looking for a skilled and hands-on culinary professional who can support senior kitchen leadership, supervise daily food production, maintain consistent quality, and guide the culinary team during busy operations.
What you'll do
- Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards, recipes, and quality expectations
- Lead and guide chefs and kitchen team members during daily operations and busy service periods
- Monitor food quality, portion control, consistency, presentation, and timing
