About the role
Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Sous Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait . We are looking for a skilled and hands-on culinary professional who can support daily kitchen operations, maintain consistent food quality, supervise junior chefs, and ensure smooth preparation and service. The Sous Chef will play an important role in supporting kitchen leadership, maintaining standards, and ensuring efficient culinary operations.
What you'll do
- Support the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards, recipes, and quality expectations
- Guide and support junior chefs and kitchen team members during daily operations
- Monitor food quality, portion control, consistency, presentation, and timing
