- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Assist in candidate engagement, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
