Marketing Execution Manager

About the role

You are the person who turns the marketing plan into shipped work. You take ownership of delivery across a defined portfolio of programmes, events, and platform launches, from brief to go-live to post-event wrap, coordinating design, comms, web, and social so nothing slips , and no one is overloaded.

What you'll do

• End-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio of programmes, events, and platform launches, from brief through launch to post-event close-out
• Smoothing peak months by planning and batching work ahead, so report and event clusters do not overwhelm the team
• Driving platform and product launches, coordinating landing pages, go-live campaigns, and promotion with web and design
• Managing freelancers, vendors, and agency partners (including PR) against scope, budget, and timeline
• Owning the marketing tracker (ClickUp or other) as the single source of truth on status, ownership, and capacity
