About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to oversee our BI initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The BI Lead will be responsible for managing a team of BI professionals, developing BI strategies, and implementing BI solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities for leveraging BI and analytics
- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, developers, and data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and expertise
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
