About the role
Looking for a Community Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building, growing and managing the company's community online and engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events. Having 3 to 5 Years of experience in events, startups and content creation. They should be able to pick up on new systems quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy creating relationships with customers.
What you'll do
- Develop a partner ecosystem and run paid in person events as a series with coordination across the programming teams
- Manage communication with existing learners around special programming
- Support the retention team by running parallel in person events with global programming
- Support the activation team to onboard learners from communities
- Support the business teams to work on communication and activation for partnerships
