What you'll do
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the talent strategy for the organisation
- Manage the overall talent acquisition process-Campus as well as lateral
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits-accordingly and propose base and incentive programs to ensure we attract and retain talent
- Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive issues arise
- Create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees
