About the role
As a Junior Strategic Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and competitiveness. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Manager or Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.
What you'll do
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Analyze internal data and performance metrics to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and prioritizing initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by developing action plans, timelines, and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and timelines
