About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our data science initiatives. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our data science team, leading projects, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive project success
- Define and prioritize data science projects in alignment with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
- Lead the development and enhancement of data science methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and quality
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations
