About the role
The Lead Product UX Designer will be responsible for shaping the UX strategy, leading design initiatives, and ensuring that user needs and business objectives are aligned in our products. This role requires a seasoned UX professional with strong leadership skills, experience in guiding teams, and a robust portfolio of successful, user-centered product designs.
What you'll do
- Design System Development: Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and scalability across products
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions that meet technical, business
- Have the opportunity to lead our UX vision, improve product usability, and mentor a team of talented designers
