About the role
As the Lead Strategic Manager, you will be a key architect of our organization's long-term vision and strategic direction. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to senior management and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of the organization's strategic vision and long-term plans, in collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, setting clear goals, strategies, and performance metrics to measure progress and success
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing project teams and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of results
