Looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience in growth and marketing role with early-stage B2C tech start-ups, who has helped the company to scale. They should be able to lead, mentor and manage the team to consistently deliver breakthrough marketing ideas that in turn would drive substantial growth.
What you'll do
- Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all Activation programs
- Track and analyse performance and constantly identify improvements to drive maximum usage and achieve business objectives
- Design & own product roadmap
- Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch for Activation programs/projects
- Collaborate with the design team and guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking
