About the role
They will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple projects and supervising multiple teams. They should be able use their knowledge, expertise, and skills to mentor and guide team members ensuring quality and timely delivery of products. They are someone who is currently living in Tamil Nadu or Kerala and can start immediately or have 30 day's notice period.
What you'll do
- Communicate effectively to clients and build strong relationships with them
- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into a proper documentation
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Planning and executing sprints for completing projects on time
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
