Senior Strategic Manager

About the role

As the Senior Strategic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction and success of our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and organizational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of the organization's strategic plan, working closely with executive leadership to define vision, mission, and strategic priorities
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, setting clear goals, strategies, and performance metrics to measure progress and success
• Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment of project activities with overall strategic objectives and priorities, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or barriers to success
